Cutting, sewing, finishing and the office sit in one building at Darus Salam, Mirpur Road, so orders move quickly and every stage stays under our own supervision.

Our factory
A fully equipped plant in Dhaka with a CAD room, fabric inspection, cutting, five sewing lines, finishing, a needle-detection check and a warehouse. A conference room is reserved for visiting buyers.

Power and utilities
200 KVA sub-station, 165 KVA diesel generator, instant power supply for lighting and exit signs, and a gas-fired boiler.
Quality at every step
Dedicated QC inspectors check the work at each stage and sign off written reports. Fabric is inspected with the 4-point system, and finished garments are inspected to 2.5 AQL before packing.
